Together with Kuba Kraszkiewicz, for over 25 years we have been helping clients in difficult situations.

The problems faced by companies and individuals are very diverse. Fraud committed by business partners, dishonest employees, or unreliable co-owners creates a strong need to react.

Despite our many years on the market, hundreds of completed projects, and extensive efforts to inform and educate, we very often encounter situations where companies and people—the victims of such actions—do not realize that the police and the public prosecutor’s office are not the only option.

That is why we are launching our blog, which will be another “brick” in building awareness that a similar problem has likely happened to someone before. We will present proven solutions that make it possible to address the issue under the company’s full control, without involving law enforcement authorities.

In addition to topics related to internal investigations and economic sanctions, we will also write about modern technologies that support investigative and compliance work. This will include both descriptions of selected systems and solutions, as well as real-life use cases with examples.

We will publish posts sometimes more often, sometimes less often, but reasonably regularly. We prioritize content quality over the number of publications.

To close this first post, a note on AI. Although we are strong advocates of using GenAI—which already offers enormous capabilities and is a fantastic aid in our work—we will write our posts ourselves. A “human touch” in a world increasingly dominated by technology.
